Requirement

Passport valid for at least 6 months
Personal
Bank statement with a minimum balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent for the last 3 months (including name, date of statement, and account balance)
Recent photograph
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Travel itinerary
Bank account statement that proves income in the form of salary or income of at least USD 60,000 per year
Employment contract with a company established outside the Indonesian territory
Schedule of activities in Indonesia
