Establishing a pharmacy is a business choice that has a high chance of success. According to KepMenKes No. 1027/MENKES/SK/IX/2004, pharmacy is a place where pharmaceutical work is carried out and distribution of pharmaceutical preparations, other health supplies to the public. Seeing from this definition, it can be seen that the pharmacy is in charge of providing health services to the community. Establishing a pharmacy is quite easy, but careful strategy and calculations are needed so that the establishment of a pharmacy gets permission from the health department and is successful in the market.

General Requirements

Pharmacy Permit granted to Pharmacists
Led by a pharmacist who manages a pharmacy that already has (SIPA)
Have your own place or owned by another party based on a work agreement
the same between pharmacists and owners of capital
Pharmacists are obliged to provide, store, and deliver pharmaceutical supplies of good quality and guaranteed validity
Pharmacists are obliged to serve prescriptions according to their professional responsibilities and expertise based on the interests of the community
Pharmacists are required to provide information relating to the use of drugs submitted to patients
If the pharmacist is unable to carry out his duties, he can appoint a Companion Pharmacist
If the Pharmacist Managing Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist are unable to carry out their duties, the Pharmacist Managing Pharmacist may appoint a Substitute Pharmacist.
The appointments referred to in points 6) and 7) must be reported to the Health Office
If the Pharmacist Managing Pharmacist is unable to carry out his duties for more than 2 (two) years continuously, the Pharmacy License on behalf of the Pharmacist is revoked.
In the implementation of pharmacy management, the Responsible Pharmacist can be assisted by Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel.
The Responsible Pharmacist is also responsible for the implementation of activities carried out by Companion Pharmacists and Substitute Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel
