Family KITAS (E31E)

Family KITAS or Family Unification KITAS is a residence permit given to foreigners who join their Indonesian spouses, or to dependents of foreigners who hold KITAS or KITAP. This KITAS is valid for 1 year and can be extendable.

Family KITAS is valid for:

A foreign couple joining an Indonesian Dependents of foreigners holding KITAS or KITAP
Such as spouses and children under 18 years old
Children born from mixed marriages

Documents Requirement

Scanned of the passport on identity page and cover. Passport valid for a minimum of 18 months for 1-year KITAS and 30 months for 2-year KITAS.
Scanning Last Stamp of current Visa Minimum Validation 60 days / Valid visa is required during the process to avoid over stay
Address in the country of origin. Address in Bali (hotel/villa).
Birth certificate.
Family Card (Kartu Keluarga - KK).
