Guarantee the rights and legal standing of the community before the law and create a society that is obedient, aware and civilized by law.

• Guarantee and fulfill the rights of Legal Aid Recipients to get access to justice with the principle of equality before the law.
• Provide legal assistance to the community both inside and outside the court.
• Provide education through the process of counseling, legal consultation, guidance, education and other program activities related to the implementation of Legal Aid in order to create a law-aware society.

• Provide services, counseling, legal consultation, guidance, education and assistance to people who experience legal problems, both for free and profit through litigation and non-litigation processes.
• Provide legal education in the form of seminar lectures, guidance, socialization of other activities related to legal issues that often occur and the application of a new rule in order to create a law-aware society.
• Collaborating with legal support institutions/agencies as a form of the spirit of law enforcement and legal development.
• As a forum for absorbing students to apply the legal knowledge gained as well as for community service research.

• Can provide protection and guarantee the rights of a person so that his position and treatment is equal before the law in order to realize an effective, efficient and accountable judiciary.
• Gain access to justice with the principle of equality before the law.
• Can be used as an informal legal education provider as an alternative to creating legal awareness.
• Can be used as a place to practice finding and researching a legal problem.

The provision of legal aid in a non-litigation manner is carried out by advocates, paralegals, lecturers and students of the law faculty within the scope of providing legal aid including the following activities:
