NIB (OSS)

Business Identification Number (NIB) is one of the documents issued by the OSS licensing system that functions as the identity of business actors in the context of carrying out business activities in accordance with their respective business fields. NIB or Business Identification Number is one type of business which has the basis of Presidential Decree No. 91 of 2017 concerning the acceleration of business. NIB is one of the mandatory requirements for business actors, both individuals and business entities, to carry out business activities, investment and other permits. NIB is like the word is the ID card of the Company to be able to access permits and other activities according to what is carried out and needed.

By having an NIB, then entrepreneurs can apply for a Business Permit and a Commercial or operational Permit in accordance with their respective business fields.
