PBG/SLF For Commercial Building

PBG is a replacement document for the Building Permit (IMB) which was removed in the latest regulations. PBG is a document that must be owned in a building or building construction. Thus, PBG is a permit issued by the government to the owner of a building or its representative to start construction, renovate, maintain, or change the building as planned.

PBG has several functions as follows: Ensuring the construction of buildings with legal status. Ensuring the operation of the building meets standards that ensure safety, comfort, health, and convenience for its users. Record the existence of the building plan.

Function-worthy Certificate (SLF) is a certificate given by the local government or the central government to declare the function-worthiness of the building before the building is used.
